Cardio-kickboxing:

Get ready for this fun and challenging cardio experience. You'll learn stances, punches, and defensive skills as well as combinations of all three. The focus is on upper and lower body muscle conditioning. If you are looking for something new to put the "pow" back into your exercise program, this is definitely it!

FlexFit:

Class for all ages and all fitness levels.  Focus is on weight loss, flexibility, endurance and athletic performance.  Challenge yourself and build the path to total fitness!

Body Flex For beginners and intermediates: 

Join us for a total body workout using weights, body bars, bands and more!  Build strength and tone your body with this power packed 1/2 hour class. Class may extend into the gym for instruction on machines and circuit weights.  Feel free to ask questions about form and technique to our skilled instructors.

Cardio Dance:

Category: Group Exercise / Dance
Join us for this low impact aerobic class with a fun, dance flair. Experience jazz, salsa, hip-hop and more...all broken down in an easy to follow format.

Jump Rope Fitness:

Enjoy and fun combination of jump rope, interval training, and cardio fitness. Challenge yourself in this hour long class and watch your fitness level in prove.

Butt & Gut

Target your heart to reach areas with this challenging 30 minutes class geared to tone and strengthen your gluteal and abdominal muscles.
