Yoga Stretch, Yoga Flow and Power Yoga are all taught at Flex World Fitness. Instructor Bonnie is our resident Yoga Instructor with years of experience and expertise in Yoga Practice. Bonnie will have you loving Yoga as much as she does. Reduce stress and anxiety. Lower your Blood Pressure and relax your mind and body and soul. Classes are Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday morning 8am!
