Cardio body challenge. Tuesday’s at 4 pm. This high energy classes utilizes the BOSU (both sides utilized) balance trainer to strengthen the core and improve balance and coordination. Times intervals and challenging plyometric moves will tone and train your entire body. A good fitness base is recommended, however all levels are welcome. Modifications will be demonstrated.

This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. A hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. During a PiYo class, you will find yourself standing in a yoga pose one minute, and down on the floor in a Pilates pose the next! It is a pre-designed class that will really get your heart rate going as it features various styles of yoga and Pilates in continuous movement and flow from one exercise to another.
Boot Camp classes are a class designed to challenge your body and mind. A preset series of exercises are presented to the class. You are encouraged to complete the exercises in a set amount of time. Pushing your body to the limits and improving your fitness level each class. All levels welcome. Classes are held inside and outside of the gym setting.
