Fitness Classes

You can find a wide range of fitness and aerobic classes at our gym. The aerobic classes are provided absolutely free to members and are $8 per class for non-members.

Body Flex: An informative fitness class led by a certified personal trainer in the gym setting. Class includes personal instruction on how to use the circuit weights properly and how to begin a weight training program.  Questions will be answered and direct assistance given to all new members.  This class is great for new gym members or those who have questions about proper form and technique on the circuit machines.

Yoga Stretch/Yoga Balls: Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years. As you exercise, you meditate on what your body is feeling and try to be "one with the universe."

Indoor Cycling: Get ready for the ride of your life with this high energy biking class.  Each person in class will have their own bike and a skilled instructor will guide you on your way through hill, valley, sprints and climbs.  Energetic music will get you moving and grooving!  Watch the pounds melt away with this calorie blasting workout.  All fitness levels welcome and personal setup will be done for each member.

Flex Fit: This 1 hour “jammed packed full of fitness” class will leave you feeling like you did something today!  It’s a new class each week and new exercises added all the time.  Join our trainer as he leads you and guides you through a “Boot Camp” style workout, while he teaches you and helps you at the same time.    See results!  All fitness levels welcome!

Zumba Dance:  This high energy, fun filled, Latin inspired dance class will have you sweating and laughing at the same time.  Make fitness fun again…DANCE!  Easy to follow steps for all fitness levels and fun music makes this class a real hit for everyone!  Our instructors are wonderful and helpful. Try a class today and lose those unwanted pounds or just tone up.

Pilates (mat): Pilates workouts focus first on developing strength through the core of the body--the back, abdomen and hips. This provides a foundation to continue working the rest of the body. The concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility and coordination.

Total Body Conditioning:  This high energy class will work, tone and strengthen you entire body.  Follow timed stations set up by a skilled instructor.  Each station will work a different part of the body.  At the end, you will feel energized and strong.  All fitness levels welcome.

Cardio Challenge:  Make fitness fun again!  Take the challenge and combine cardio step, dance and high energy moves to torch calories and increase your metabolic rate!  Enjoy interval training with weights and body bars too.  Class is always different and always fun.
