Let’s Lift Weights is a Body Sculpting Class that will challenge you to love lifting weights because YOU WILL SEE RESULTS! Instructors will guide you to understand good form and techniques to prevent injury! Each class is planned to work the full body with exercises including squats, bench press, and core work!
A system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. A system of physical conditioning involving low impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the torso and often performed with specialized equipment.

Yoga Stretch, Yoga Flow and Power Yoga are all taught at Flex World Fitness. Instructor Bonnie is our resident Yoga Instructor with years of experience and expertise in Yoga Practice. Classes are Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday morning 8am!
Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. Boot Camp classes are a class designed to challenge your body and mind. A preset series of exercises are presented to the class. You are encouraged to complete the exercises in a set amount of time. Pushing your body to the limits and improving your fitness level each class. All levels welcome. Classes are held inside and outside of the gym setting.
