You can find a wide range of fitness and aerobic classes at our gym. The aerobic classes are provided absolutely free to members and are $8 per class for non-members.

Flex Camp: Enjoy Outdoor Fitness Camp: Bored at the gym? Craving something NEW and FUN!! Need a new challenge? Flex Camp is our new 1 hour intense class geared for all fitness levels. All exercises are performed based on individual intensities and abilities and designed for quick progression. A branch of CROSS FIT.. The hottest new trend in fitness.
Calorie Blast: Pump it up and burn the calories!! This class is designed for those who aren’t the most coordinated but enjoy getting a good workout and a good sweat!! The use of weights, body bars, bands and steps will tone and sculpt your entire body. Interval blast of cardio will help get you in the shape you desire!!
Cardio Bosu Step Interval: Get ready to pump it up with some high energy music and moves! A combination of cardio and weight training makes this class a full body workout. The Bosu balance trainer is designed to strengthen your core! Reebok steps also available.
Spin Indoor Cycling: Get ready for the ride of your life with this high energy bike class. Each person in class will have their own bike and a skilled instructor will guide you on your way! Energetic music will get you moving and grooving! Watch the pounds melt away with this calorie blasting workout!! All levels welcome and instructors will introduce and instruct you until you are comfortable! This class is a paid class. $5 for members and $8 for non members. Punch cards available at a discount price. The sign up for class will be posted the day before! Reserve your spot, only 6 bikes available!
Flex Fit: Enjoy this fun filled class that is geared to all fitness levels! Agility training, weight training, flexibility and “functional fitness” are the focus. The many plyometric moves will work your core and tone your body. No fancy dance moves in this class, so men and women alike will enjoy!
Cardio Bosu Step: Get ready to pump it up to some high energy music and moves! Get your heart rate up and get your body ready for a challenge! A combination of cardio and weight training makes this class a full body workout! All levels of fitness are welcome and regular steps are available if the Bosu ball is too difficult.
Kickboxing: Let out your stress with this powerful “kicking” class! Pumpin music and fun kick sequences make this class a hit with all fitness levels! Enjoy punches, jabs and uppercuts along with toning and sculpting exercises that will shape your entire body!
Treadmill Workout Challenge: Advanced level members will enjoy this class given by a skilled instructor on the fitness centers treadmills. This challenging running class will push you to you limit and give you an amazing running workout! Follow the leader as your alternate between jogging, running and sprinting as if you were outside on a trail! You are sure to feel energized after this class.
Cardio Xtream: Enjoy this heart pumping high energy class that is sure to make you smile. All fitness levels will enjoy! You are sure to sweat it out and tone your body with the fun moves and strengthening exercises that are packed in this hour long class. No dance experience necessary.
Body Flow Yoga: Get ready to unwind and stretch it out!! This class is for all fitness levels and is a wonderful way to treat your body the way it should be treated. Relieve stress and increase flexibility while you listen to relaxing music and zone out!! We all need a little down time and this class will help you find that peaceful place to calm your mind and body.
Body Flex: This class is for all levels of fitness but is geared mainly to beginners or those new to the gym scene. A focus on toning and resistance training will help you keep your body strong and fit as it revs up your metabolism and strengthens your muscles! Personal instruction available to monitor form and technique. Its like a free personal training session!

Belly Dancing: Shimmy and shake your hips to beautiful Arabic music with Neferititti, professional belly dance instructor! Work you hips and glutes and get a great cardio workout too!!
