Meet Our Staff

Heidi is a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor with a focus on step aerobics, "boot camp" style training and core strength training.  Her classes are geared to all fitness levels and all ages!  Heidi also has started a Kids Fitness program at Flex World Fitness with a focus on young children ages 4-9.   Her passion is to motivate and instruct people to meet their personal fitness goals. Paul Schnupp is a certified personal trainer with many years of experience.   Paul enjoys training all age groups and all fitness levels.  His main focus is on providing a full body workout specific to each client and helping each client meet their desired goals. Katherine is a Certified Personal Trainer with many years experience training clients of all ages and fitness levels.  She is an avid weight lifter and leads group training classes at Flex WorldFitness.  Her specialty is leading men and women toward meeting their fitness goals.  She will make a plan and orient you to various aspects of the gym that you may not have noticed before.  She is a true professional and gives a personal touch to anyone she trains. Rece is a Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on functional movement & balance training.  Rece is also a Certified Spin Instructor, Certified  Pole Fitness Instructor and teacher of hatha yoga. “Be you” is heavily promoted -in the gym or out- and she enjoys seeing individuals transform themselves both mentally and physically.  Whether it is through training, yoga, or another field of growth, she is here to support her clients’ goals toward overall health and wellness no matter the age or experience level. John Lehne is a certified personal trainer and certified sports nutrition specialist. He is also enrolled at the National Personal Trainers Institute in Philadelphia. John is a triathlete and has a holistic outlook on health and nutrition. He provides custom tailored workouts to each client to help them meet their goals and correct deficiencies & imbalances. Pamela is a group exercise specialist that has over 10 years of experience in SPIN, STEP, Kickboxing and Dance.  Pamela started exercising at a young age and was instantly fascinated by Jane Fonda (Actress, Fashion model, Fitness Guru).  She was a cheerleading captain from high school and college and was told in class that she should become an instructor.  She loves to make people feel great about them through motivated exercise.  Before coming to Flex World Fitness, she taught at Gold’s Gym in Pennsylvania and was awarded Instructor-of-the-quarter on her first year of teaching.  She looks forward to entertain, teach and inspire all who come to take her class.
